Booking and Cancellations
At the time of booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per treatment paid in cheque or cash.
If possible please print out and complete a copy of the Osalo Medical Form before visiting Osalo for a treatment.
In the event that an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance the full cost of the booked treatment will be charged.
