As a nurse who has looked after thousands of patients and as an individual who has not paid attention to health for more years than she cares to remember, Sara cannot emphasize too strongly the importance of looking after this incredible machine, our body. Like many others she knows what it is like to feel unwell, and what it is like to feel really well. It is no surprise to want to feel well all the time.

Planning, listening to your body, resting when you are tired, getting enough sleep, eating fresh, organic produce with plenty of raw, salad vegetables, protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates in balance are vital in keeping us well.
To to ensure your water (still & clear) intake is two litres daily. If you want a more accurate assessment of your daily water consumption divide your body weight in pounds by 40, this number is the number of pints of still, clear water you need in a day.
If you have any concerns about your health tell someone, your practice nurse or G.P. for example. Often just bringing your worries to the attention of someone else will be helpful.
