Osalo Detox Retreats have traditionally taken place in beautifully relaxing locations in the Suffolk countryside such as Uggeshall, Southwold, Aldeburgh, Hemingstone and Kersey. Such retreats continue to be available, but Osalo are delighted to be holding our first Detox Retreat in Foz do Arelho in Portugal - read on for more information.

May 30th - 1st June - Retreat East, Suffolk
Accommodation at the beautiful 16 century farmhouse, Retreat East
The retreat includes a full body massage for each entire day stayed, colon hydrotherapy (advised but not compulsory), Tai chi and yoga classes.
Supper is provided on arrival on the Friday, breakfast on the Monday before you depart. Freshly prepared organic juices, daily wheatgrass shots, spirulina and chlorella supplements are provided throughout your stay.
There is an extensive range of other fabulous beauty and therapeutic treatments to choose from such as Thai, aromatherapy or hot stone massage, Shiatsu, Osalo organic facial, luxury manicure or pedicure and many more.
3 night stay is from £500 in a double room, £350 if you share a double bedroom. Prices may vary according to room chosen.

We are delighted that for the first time Osalo is able to offer a week long detox retreat in Portugal, the perfect way to give your body a real holiday.
Casa de Oliveira is a brand new, luxury villa with private pool. Set in a spectacular position in Foz do Arelho overlooking the picturesque Obidos Lagoon.
The retreat includes a full body massage for each entire day stayed, colon hydrotherapy (advised but not compulsory), Tai chi and Yoga classes.
