From the tried and tested methods of the naturopathic healing clinic at the now closed Shrubland Hall, Sara - Director of Osalo - offers you a nurturing environment in which daily massage, yoga, tai chi are combined with fresh vegetable, fruit and raw food salads plus a range of fabulous additional treatments e.g. Aromatherapy Hot Stone massage, Ocean based Detox body wrap, Thai massage, Reflexology, Organic lymphatic drainage massage facial and Shiatsu.

Typically included in the price of an Osalo Detox Retreat is:

• Welcome meeting and information folders.
